Overview

From obscurity to opportunity

Algo is no stranger to innovation. But even the smartest AI-powered platform needs smart content to match. We helped Algo transform their organic presence with a content strategy designed to do one thing: show up where it counts.

The challenge

Great product. Big clients. Small organic footprint.

When Algo came to us, they were already working with major enterprise brands and had years of product development under their belt. The problem? Their organic visibility didn’t reflect any of it.

Branded search results were diluted thanks to the generic nature of the name ‘Algo.’
Non-branded visibility was virtually non-existent. Aside from a few team members ranking via an old press release, the site was invisible to anyone looking for demand planning or inventory optimisation software.

In short… they weren’t showing up for the things they do best.

The solution

A targeted content strategy

To help position Algo as a leader in enterprise supply chain solutions, we started by zeroing in on their core strengths: demand planning and inventory optimisation. We started with a full audit of their blog to remove low-value content and uncover strategic gaps—creating a clearer, more buyer-aligned path forward.

Next, we developed a streamlined editorial strategy to guide their internal team, with a focused roadmap covering high-impact topics like demand planning, inventory optimisation, and AI in retail. This gave their writers the structure they needed to produce more targeted, relevant content.

We also:

Turned hidden PDFs into search assets
Algo’s case studies were solid, but buried. Most lived as embedded PDFs with little to no on-page content. So we restructured the case study section, converting static files into crawlable, mobile-friendly landing pages that told richer stories and supported SEO.

Briefed rewrites for key product and industry pages
We didn’t just drive traffic, we made sure Algo’s product and industry pages were optimised for conversion. That meant giving each page its own clear value proposition and SEO structure. We moved away from duplicate content and added more audience-relevant language, especially for retail (which, unbelievably, only appeared once on the original retail page). This helped turn generic content into powerful, conversion-driven entry points.

Got Algo featured where their audience hangs out

SEO-led content wasn’t the only lever we pulled. We also secured, briefed and wrote a sponsored feature in Inside Retail, one of the most-read publications in their industry.

While sponsored, the piece was strategically aligned with Algo’s positioning. It spotlighted their AI-powered approach to inventory optimisation and reinforced their credibility in front of a highly relevant audience. The result: elevated visibility in a channel their prospects already trust.

The results

From invisible to influential

506% surge in blog impressions
154% growth in product page visibility

Our content strategy successfully built the foundations of visibility that Algo could grow from. Across the site, impressions soared, clicks rose, and high-intent keyword rankings jumped  57% for the top 3 and top 10 spots. More people found Algo, and more of the right people clicked through.

But it wasn’t just general lift—we nailed the targeted terms that mattered most. Searches for ‘demand planning’ exploded with a 360% increase in impressions. ‘Demand planning software’ climbed even higher at +407%. And ‘inventory optimization software’, a core term for Algo, grew 164%

Here’s a quick snapshot of the results from May 2024 – April 2025

Turning content into a performance engine

  • The blog became a heavy lifter, with a 506% increase in impressions after a full content overhaul.
  • Case studies, no longer buried in PDFs, saw a 114% boost in impressions and 77% more clicks once we brought them to life on-page.
  • Product pages got a 154% lift. And Industry pages? A massive 214% surge in visibility, thanks to content that finally reflected what buyers were searching for.

This wasn’t a quick fix. It was a strategic reset, and it paid off across the board.

What's next?

Algo’s platform continues to grow, and so does their content ecosystem. With strong foundations now in place, the next phase is all about momentum:

  • Doubling down on strategic content around demand planning, inventory optimisation, and supply chain transformation.
  • Expanding PR opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic from trusted industry platforms.
  • Refining site positioning and engagement, ensuring first-time visitors stick around… and come back.

For complex, high-consideration products and services that Algo offers, success hinges on creating multiple, meaningful touchpoints across the buyer journey. In other words: more relevance, more recognition and more return. That’s our aim—and we’re just getting started.
